Subscription Purchase Terms and Conditions

A minimum subscription purchase of three-months is required.

Subscriptions are available in three, six, nine, and twelve month packages.

Payment plans are available for all four packages options.

Three Month Subscriptions: 40% of total due at the time of purchase and the remaining 60% divided into two equal payments and are charged the first day of the following two months.

Six, Nine and Twelve Month Subscriptions: 20% of total due at the time of purchase and the remaining 80% divided into four equal payments and charged the first day of the following four months.

Refunds are only available in the form of an account credit and are offered at the discretion of the Swim Dr.
