All information exchanged between you and the Swim Dr. including but not limited to text, WhatsApp, biographical, email address, phone number are held under strict confidentiality and will not be shared to any third parties without your written consent. 

The Swim Dr. may ask your permission to share raw (unedited) video with prospective clients for the purposes of technique analysis, education, and/or onboarding purposes. However, you are not automatically obligated to do so. 

By using this service, site, and all other Swim Dr. products herein, you are agreeing to release ownership of certain information (including but not limited to technique analysis videos) to the Swim Dr. that has been edited, enhanced, or improved in any way by the Swim Dr. or affiliations.
